1. Who We Are

RestoreAndRepairPros ("RestoreAndRepairPros," "we," "us," or "our") operates this directory, connecting people looking for a service with businesses that provide it. RestoreAndRepairPros is a directory and lead-generation service — we are not a party to any contract, transaction, or agreement between a listed business and a visitor who contacts them.

2. Using the Directory

Anyone may browse listings and submit an enquiry without creating an account. Businesses that want to publish, edit, or manage a listing must register for a business account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering, submitting a listing, or contacting a business through the site, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading business information, or to attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation.

3. Listings

Businesses submitting a listing are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide — including any licensing, certifications, service areas, and the services checklist. RestoreAndRepairPros reviews listings before they go live but does not independently verify licensing, certifications, insurance, or the truth of every claim made in a listing. Verifying a company's credentials before engaging them is the responsibility of the person contacting them.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion, including for inaccurate information, policy violations, non-payment, or user reports we determine to be credible.

4. Leads and Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through a listing or a matching form, your contact details and message are shared with the business or businesses you're enquiring with so they can respond to you directly. RestoreAndRepairPros is not a party to any resulting communication, quote, contract, or engagement, and we are not responsible for the conduct, pricing, service quality, or outcome of any engagement between you and a listed business.

5. Payments and Packages

Paid listing packages and promotions are billed in US dollars (USD) through PayPal or Razorpay. Package features (image limits, lead limits, badges, and similar) are as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments for listing packages and promotions are non-refundable once a package is active, though we may issue discretionary refunds — contact us directly with any billing question.

From time to time we may offer complimentary or promotional listings. These are provided free of charge for a limited promotional period that we set and may change, are limited to one per account unless we agree otherwise, and include the features described at the time you sign up. We'll email you before a complimentary listing's period ends; it is never converted into a paid package or charged automatically. We may end or modify a promotional offer for new sign-ups at any time.

6. Account Responsibilities

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

The RestoreAndRepairPros name, logo, and site design are our property. Businesses retain ownership of the content (text, logos, photos) they upload to their own listing, but grant RestoreAndRepairPros a license to display that content on the site and in related promotional contexts (e.g., a featured-listing placement) for as long as the listing remains active.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site and its listings are provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, licensing status, or reliability of any listed business, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, or other harm arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any business found through it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
